基于“固本祛邪”法自拟三黄消荨散治疗慢性荨麻疹经验集萃

摘　　要：慢性荨麻疹是皮肤科的常见病、多发病之一,现代医学主要以抗组胺药物治疗为主,往往只能暂时控制症状,总体疗效欠佳;而中医治疗慢性荨麻疹能有效缓解瘙痒症状,消退风团,减少不良反应及复发率。郭静教授认为慢性荨麻疹久治难愈、易于复发,应责之于正虚失御、邪气外犯,该病病程日久,邪已入里,病位较深,虚实夹杂,治疗应固本与祛邪并济,标本兼顾。郭教授在钟以泽教授的经验方“三黄固本汤”及艾儒棣教授的经验方“凉血消风散”的基础上加减化裁出“三黄消荨散”,用于治疗慢性荨麻疹,效果显著。Chronic urticaria is one of common diseases and frequently-occurring diseases in Dermatology.The treatment of modern medicine for chronic urticaria mainly focuses on antihistamines,which can only control the symptoms temporarily.The overall curative effect is poor,easy to relapse.However,traditional Chinese medicine can ease the itchy skin symptoms effectively,vanish wheal gradually without adverse reactions and reduce recurrence rate significantly.Professor Guo Jing has been engaged in clinical dermatology for more than 20years,who is good at treating various skin diseases.Guo believes that the reason that chronic urticaria is difficult to cure for a long time and is easy to relapse is the loss of positive deficiency,the invasion of evil spirit,the long course of disease,the entry of evil spirit,the deep disease position,and the mixture of deficiency and excess.So the combination of strengthening root and expelling evils was proposed by Guo.Therefore,Sanhuang Xiaoxun Powder is created by Professor Guo Jing,based on the empirical prescription Sanhuang Guben Decoction by Professor Zhong Yize and the empirical prescription Liangxue Xiaofeng Powder by Professor Ai Rudi,for the treatment of chronic urticaria with obvious effect.
