从“脾胃内伤、百病由生”探析急性期周围性面瘫的治疗

摘　　要：周围性面瘫为临床常见病,目前西医尚未完全阐明其发病机制,临床治疗以抗炎、抗病毒等对症治疗为主。中医多采用针药结合的治疗手段,中药多从祛风通络立法,针刺多从阳明经选穴。通过文献阅读及临床实习,发现该病因脾胃之气内伤,正气乏源,卫气失养,筋脉腠理疏松,复感外邪而致。从“内伤脾胃、百病由生”理论着手,探析急性期周围性面瘫的治疗,以期促进面瘫的早期恢复,改善面瘫患者的预后。Peripheral facial paralysis is a common clinical disease.At present,the pathogenesis of peripheral facial paralysis has not been fully clarified in western medicine,and the clinical treatment is mainly symptomatic treatment such as anti-inflammatory and antiviral.In Traditional Chinese medicine,the combination of acupuncture and medicine is mostly used.In Traditional Chinese medicine,the legislation of dispelling wind and dredging collaterals is mostly made.In acupuncture,the selection of acupoints is mostly from Yangming meridian.By reading the literature and clinical practice,and puts forward the cause of spleen and stomach qi internal injuries,lack of source of vital qi,who lost to raise gas,cou justified osteoporosis,complex feeling invaded and,from the“internal injury of spleen and stomach,all diseases by”argument,analysis around the acute stage,for the treatment of facial paralysis in order to promote early recovery of facial paralysis and improve the prognosis of facial paralysis patients.
