采气井口压缩机对气井生产后期适应性分析

摘　　要：分析了后期井口气的主要特征及其对井口压缩机的影响;结合应用现状,提出了井口压缩机的适应性策略,为设备开发和选型提供参考。具体分析了生产后期井流物、压力与产气量的变化及其对压缩机组发动机、润滑油、机头和工艺流程造成的影响;提出了减轻发动机爆震的燃料气重组分烃活性碳过滤法,和为避免复合影响而削减发动机载荷波动的变流滤波法;列出了能够规避润滑油污染的无油、少油增压产品;对于产出大体量段塞流和少量固体物工况,分别提出了压缩机旁通排水和液压柔性串联缸的方案;对于负压及高压比工况和后期煤层气井,分别提出了高压液循环和弹性转子泵方案。In the paper, the Main features of marginal wellhead gas and its influences on wellhead compressor are analyzed.Based on the application situation of compressors on marginal wellhead, adaptive solutions to the equipment are proposed.It has provided references for equipment development and selection.In specific, variances of well production component, reductions of pressure and flowrate, and their impact on wellhead compressor package′s engine, lube, compressor, and workflow are analyzed.Solution of removing heavy hydrocarbons from fuel gas by activated carbon adsorption to reduce engine′s knocking combustion and solution of smoothing load fluctuation by adding filter amid current convertor to preclude compounding impact on engine, are proposed.Compressors entailing little or none lube are presented to avoid the contamination of equipment lube.Bulk water-slug condition is addressed by booster-bypassing water-discharge solution, and granules-containing condition by flexibly connected tandem cylinders, minus pressure plus high compression ratio condition by hydraulic circulating, coalbed wellhead by pump with elastic material-made rotor.
