摘　　要：对海洋平台往复式天然气压缩机常见应用场合及工艺流程配置进行介绍。依托某压缩机加载过程电机过载问题,对电驱往复式天然气压缩机加载过程进行了研究,定性分析天然气组分变化以及温度和处理量等因素对压缩机耗功的影响。同时结合现场的操作条件提出加快加载速度,调整进气温度,优化各级压力比等措施并取得良好效果。对后续往复式天然气压缩驱动用电机功率选择和压缩机调试提供借鉴。The common application and process configuration of reciprocating natural gas compressor on offshore platform are introduced.Based on the problem of motor overload in the loading process of a compressor, the loading process of electrically driven reciprocating natural gas compressor is studied, and the effects of the variation of natural gas components, temperature and handling capacity on the compressor power consumption are qualitatively analyzed.At the same time, combined with the field operating conditions, some measures, such as accelerating the loading speed, adjusting the intake gas temperature and optimizing the pressure ratio at all stages, were put forward and achieved good results.It provides references for motor power selection and compressor commissioning of subsequent reciprocating natural gas compression drive.
