摘　　要：民营企业是贫困治理的重要主体,在脱贫攻坚中发挥了重要作用。新中国成立以来,民营企业参与农村贫困治理经历了从探索到深入,从小规模介入到全面综合参与的发展阶段。脱贫攻坚时期,民营企业扶贫呈现出扶贫理念的精准性、扶贫策略的整合性、扶贫方式的多样性、扶贫手段的创新性、扶贫目标的综合性等特点。面向乡村振兴时代,民营企业应积极参与乡村振兴战略,注重利益协调、整合社会资源、重视能力建设、承担社会责任。Private enterprises are an important subject of poverty governance and have played an important role in poverty alleviation.Since the founding of New China,the participation of private enterprises in rural poverty governance has gone through a development stage from explo ration to deep involvement,from small-scale intervention to overall and comprehensive participation.During the period of poverty alleviation,the poverty alleviation by private enterprises presents such characteristics as the precision of poverty alleviation concepts,the integration of poverty alleviation strategies,the diversity of poverty alleviation methods,the innovation of poverty alleviation means,and the comprehensiveness of poverty alleviation goals.Facing the era of rural revitalization,private enterprises should actively participate in the rural revitalization strategy,pay attention to the coordination of interests,integrate social resources,attach importance to capacity building,and assume social responsibilities.
