某地下室抗水板开裂及渗水原因分析与缺陷处理

摘　　要：某地下室抗水板出现开裂、渗水等缺陷后,采用现场检查检测和理论分析的方式找到缺陷发生的原因:由于地下室顶板尚未覆土,同时未有效对该地下室实施降排水,使得该地下室实际抗浮稳定性不足,导致该地下室上浮,发生工程事故。为解决上述问题,本文提出了处理方案和相应的施工流程,处理后的地下室能够保证正常使用需求。After a basement anti-water board has defects such as cracking and water seepage.On-site inspection and theoretical analysis are used to find the cause of the defect:because the basement roof has not been covered with soil,and the basement has not been effectively dewatered and drained,so that the basement is actually resistant to water.Thus insufficient floating stability caused the basement to float up and an engineering accident occurred.In order to solve the above problems,this article proposes a treatment plan and corresponding construction process,and the treated basement can ensure the typical use requirements.
