摘　　要：目的对ICU意识模糊评估表-7量化项目进行汉化,并检验其在重症患者中应用的信效度。方法严格遵循量表引进原则,采用Brislin翻译模型对量表量化项目进行翻译、回译和跨文化调试形成中文版。采用便利抽样法,选取北京市某三甲医院重症医学科103例ICU患者作为研究对象,评价中文版CAM-ICU-7的信效度。结果中文版CAM-ICU-7量表的总得分内容效度指数(S-CVI)为0.96,各条目的内容效度指数(I-CVI)为0.97;与DRS-R-98相比,CAM-ICU-7的灵敏度为92.2%,特异度为92.3%。CAM-ICU-7量表总分与DRS-R-98量表总分成正相关(r=0.957,P<0.001);CAM-ICU-7量表的Cronbach's α系数为0.820。结论中文版CAM-ICU-7具有良好的信度和效度,可用于评估国内ICU患者谵妄的严重程度。Objective To translate the scored items of the Confusion Assessment Method for the Intensive Care Unit-7(CAM-ICU-7)into Chinese version,and test the reliability and validity of its application in severe patients.Methods Strictly following the principle of scale introduction,the scored items of the scale was translated,translated back,and adjusted across cultures by Brislin translation model.The reliability and validity of the Chinese version of CAM-ICU-7 were evaluated by convenience sampling method in 103 ICU patients from the intensive care unit of a grade A hospital in Beijing.Results The overall content validity index(S-CVI)of the Chinese version of CAM-ICU-7 scale was 0.96,and the content validity index(I-CVI)of each item was 0.97.Compared with DRS-R-98,the sensitivity and specificity of CAM-ICU-7 were 92.2%and 92.3%,respectively.The total score of CAM-ICU-7 scale was positively correlated with the total score of DRS-R-98 scale(r=0.957,P<0.001).The Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the CAM-ICU-7 scale was 0.820.Conclusions The Chinese version of CAM-ICU-7 has good reliability and validity,and can be used to evaluate the severity of delirium in ICU patients in China.
