摘 要:由酸性分子筛负载金属元素制备的双功能催化剂具有良好的烷烃异构化催化性能,被广泛应用于烷烃加氢异构化领域。除金属活性、Br?nsted酸密度与强度、分子筛孔道结构等基本性质外,双功能催化剂中金属位与酸中心的协同性也是影响烷烃异构化催化性能的关键因素。综述了双功能催化剂设计开发的最新进展,介绍了正构烷烃加氢异构化的反应机理和理想的催化转化过程,系统论述了催化剂金属位-酸中心双位点协同性对催化性能的影响,总结了金属位-酸中心高度协同的双功能催化剂的设计与制备现状,并对其发展前景进行了展望。The bifunctional catalyst prepared by the acidic molecular sieve supported with metal element exhibits excellent catalytic performance and is widely used for alkanes hydroisomerization.In addition to its basic properties such as metal activity,density and strength of Br?nsted acid and pore structure of molecular sieves,the synergy of metal-acid proximity of bifunctional catalyst is a critical factor on the isomerization catalytic performance.In this paper the latest development and design of bifunctional catalysts were summarized.The reaction mechanism and desired catalytic conversion process of n-alkanes hydroisomerization were introduced,and the synergic effect of metal-acid proximity of catalyst on catalytic performance was systematically discussed.At last,the outlook on development of design and preparation of bifunctional catalysts with high metal-acid synergy was presented.
