摘  要:以提取钛后的高钛高炉渣富含镁铝的浸出液为原料,通过共沉淀-水热法制备镁铝水滑石,并通过单因素试验确定了制备镁铝水滑石的优化条件,结果表明,在水热温度为150℃、水热时间为14 h、镁铝摩尔比为2.5∶1的优化条件下,其沉淀-水热反应得到的镁铝水滑石的相对结晶度和晶型完整度均较高,可以实现高钛高炉渣的综合利用。In this paper the preparation of Mg-Al hydrotalcite from the leaching solution of high-titanium blast furnace slag after extraction of titanium by co-precipitation-hydrothermal process was studied,during which the optimal operation conditions were determined with performance of single-factor experiments.The results show that the Mg-Al hydrotalcite with high crystallinity and high crystal integrity can be obtained by co-precipitation-hydrothermal reaction under the conditions of 150 ℃ hydrothermal temperature,14 hours hydrothermal time,and magnesium-aluminum ratio of 2.5∶1 by weight.This makes it possible for comprehensive utilization of high-titanium blast furnace slag.
