摘 要:细胞自噬(autophagy)是生物体普遍存在的一种非程序性死亡过程,具有维持机体稳定的作用。近年来,研究发现细胞自噬在宫颈癌早晚期病情进展中发挥双向作用,自噬发生过程中相关蛋白的表达与宫颈癌组织学分型、淋巴结转移及预后具有相关性,同时,发现线粒体自噬与宫颈癌的发生发展也存在密切关系。本文就细胞自噬及选择性自噬与HPV感染之间的关系、细胞自噬在宫颈癌病变发展的作用进行阐述,以期为宫颈癌的治疗提供新思路。Autophagy is one of apoptotic death process that is common in all eukaryotes, and has the function to maintain cellular homeostasis. In recent years, a large body of evidence has indicated that autophagy plays a dual roles in the early and advanced stages of cervical carcinoma. The expression of related proteins has a correlation with histological typing, lymphatic metastas is and prognosis of cervical cancer. In this review the key autophagy-related mechanisms as well as selective autophagy in the development of HPV infection, and the role of autophagy in the progression and treatment of cervical cance are elucidated and evaluated, to present new therapeutic targets.
