侧向撞击后格构式钢柱剩余力学性能试验研究

摘  要:工业厂房中格构式钢柱常遭受吊装物与厂房车辆的撞击,引起钢柱损伤,导致其承载力下降。为研究格构式钢柱受撞击后的剩余力学性能,本文分别对6个具有不同撞击损伤的试件和2个完整试件进行了承载力试验,并提出了剩余承载力系数计算公式。试验结果表明:加载过程中,受压肢件先出现局部屈曲,随后发生整体失稳破坏,破坏时材料未达到屈服强度。随着撞击损伤程度的增大,试件弹塑性阶段缩短,承载力最大降低了43%;达到极限荷载后,位移会迅速增大,荷载急剧降低。撞击后产生的局部变形与整体变形均对剩余承载力有影响。Built-up battened steel columns are vulnerable to the impact from hoisting objects and vehicles in the industrial plant,resulting in the damage of steel columns and reduction of load-bearing capacity. Six specimens with different impacted damage and two unimpacted specimens were tested to investigate the residual bearing capacity of built-up battened steel columns after impact. The formula for calculating the coefficient of residual load-bearing capacity is suggested.Test results show that during the process of loading,the local-buckling firstly occurred in the angle at the compression side,then instability failure was observed.The yield stress of the material was not achieved until failure.With the increase of the impacted damage,the elastic-plastic stage of the curve is shortened and the maximum bearing capacity is reduced by 43%. After reaching the ultimate load,the displacement increased rapidly and the load decreased sharply. The residual load-bearing capacity were affected by both local and global deformations.
