摘  要:为解决单一硬质涂层与基体结合力差,服役过程易出现崩裂、剥离导致失效的问题,渗氮+PVD复合处理技术应运而生。由于综合了渗氮技术和物理气相沉积技术的双重优势,渗氮+PVD复合处理技术已被广泛应用于工模具钢的表面强化处理。综述了渗氮+PVD复合处理的研究现状,主要介绍了复合涂层的膜/基结合力、耐磨性、耐腐蚀性以及复合处理工艺的研究现状。与单一处理相比,复合处理由于有渗氮层的存在,在硬质涂层和基体间形成平缓的硬度过渡,能显著提高涂层的膜/基结合力。复合涂层在常温下比单一涂层拥有更好的耐磨性能,且在高温下依然能保持较好的耐磨性能。光滑致密的复合涂层具有优良的耐腐蚀性能,复合涂层的缺陷强烈影响其耐腐蚀性能。一体化渗氮+PVD复合处理工艺,在有效提高表面处理效率的同时,可使复合涂层的综合性能进一步提高,推动渗氮+PVD技术应用于工业生产向前迈出了一大步。In order to solve the problem of poor adhesion between single hard coating and substrate,and failure caused by cracking and peeling during service,nitriding+PVD composite treatment technology came into being.Because of the advantages of nitriding and physical vapor deposition,this technology has been widely used in the surface strengthening treatment of toolanddie steel.The research status of nitriding+PVD composite treatment was reviewed,the film/base bonding strength,wear resistance,corrosion resistance of composite coating and the research status of composite treatment technology were introduced.Compared with single treatment,compound treatment could significantly improve the bonding strength of coating due to the presence of nitriding layer,which could form a gentle hardness transition between hard coating and substrate.The composite coating had better wear resistance than the single coating at room temperature,and still retained good wear resistance at high temperature.The smooth and compact composite coating had excellent corrosion resistance,the defects of the composite coating strongly affected its corrosion resistance.The integrated nitriding+PVD composite treatment process can not only effectively improve the surface treatment efficiency,but also further improve the comprehensive performance of the composite coating,promoting the application of nitriding+PVD technology in industrial production has taken a big step forward.
