摘　　要：制动器是电梯使用最频繁的安全部件,对确保电梯安全运行和可靠制停具有重要意义,合理的自监测开关接线形式是实现制动器动作故障保护的前提。分析了6类制动器自监测开关常见接线形式及对应的安全隐患类型,提出了一种基于外接检测开关通断控制和电压逻辑判断的制动器自监测开关接线形式检测方法。通过测量3种外接检测开关通断模式下两组自监测开关两端电压,可对串联、并联、独立接线、常开、常闭接线类型进行快速判断。开发出接线形式自动检测装置硬件模块和软件系统。在机房用开发的装置对某货梯鼓式制动器进行现场检测,检测结果为“常开独立接线”,符合制动器故障保护功能的接线要求。提出的检测方法和开发的检测装置可用于电梯制动器故障保护功能,确保制动器可靠运行。As the most frequently used safety component of elevator,brake is of great significance to ensure the safe operation and reliable braking of elevator.A reasonable self-monitoring switches wiring form is the premise of brake action fault protection.Six Common wiring forms and corresponding potential safety hazards of brake self-monitoring switches were analyzed.A wiring types detection methodbased on on-off control of external detection switch and voltage logic judgment was proposed.By measuring the voltages of both ends of two self-monitoring switches under three external detection switches on-off modes,the types of series,parallel,independent,normally open and normally closed wiring can be quickly judged.Hardware module and software system of corresponding automatic wiring form detection device were developed.The drum type brakes of a cargo elevator were detected in the machine room,and the test result was"Normally Open Independent Wiring",which meeted the wiring requirements of brake fault protection function.The detection method and device can be used for detecting the effectiveness of elevator brake fault protection function to ensure the reliable operation of the brakes.
