摘  要:首先以径向磁悬浮Jeffcott转子动力学模型为指导,结合有限元分析结论中Jeffoctt转子自身结构特性及其磁悬浮轴承径向支撑结构及支撑特性对飞轮弯临界转速及模态的影响,根据微网对磁悬浮储能飞轮电池的要求,以3.75 kW?h作为单个飞轮电池的储能量为限制条件,优化了飞轮的体积、综合能量密度和质量,设计了一种新型磁悬浮飞轮。其弯曲临界转速高于其极限转速,工作时保持在刚性模态。此设计使得整个飞轮电池具有紧凑的驱动系统和支撑系统,从而实现更小的系统重量和体积以及更小的系统功耗。该设计方案在限定的范围内极大程度缩短了飞轮的轴向长度,使得其弯曲临界转速和运行安全性及稳定性得以大幅度提升。在SAMCEF ROTOR有限元软件中建立转子结构模型,通过仿真分析其弯曲临界转速和振动模态以验证结构设计的合理性。为后续此种飞轮转子的设计提供了一定的参考和借鉴,同时也为磁悬浮飞轮支撑系统的设计提供了一种新思路。Firstly,guided by the radial magnetic levitation Jeffcott rotor dynamics model,combined with the influence of the structural characteristics of Jeffott rotor and the radial support structure and support characteristics of magnetic bearing on the critical speed and mode of flywheel bend in the conclusion of finite element analysis,according to the requirements of microgrid for magnetic levitation energy storage flywheel battery,and taking the energy storage as a single flywheel battery as the limiting condition,the volume,comprehensive energy density and mass of flywheel were optimized,a new type of magnetic levitation flywheel was designed.Its bending critical speed was higher than its limit speed and remains in rigid mode during operation.The design made the whole flywheel battery had a compact drive system and support system,so as to achieve smaller system weight and volume and smaller system power consumption.The design scheme greatly shorted the axial length of the flywheel within the limited range,and greatly improved its bending critical speed,operation safety and stability.The rotor structure model was established in SAMCEF ROTOR finite element software,and its bending critical speed and vibration mode were analyzed by simulation to verify the rationality of structural design.It provides a certain reference for the design of the kind of flywheel rotor,and also provides a new idea for the design of magnetic levitation flywheel support system.
