摘 要:随着金融业的发展,对桌面金融钞票设备的处理速度的要求趋向于越来越快,这也相应地增加了桌面金融设备高速运转时的振动和噪声,造成噪声污染,面临着降噪的现实要求。针对此,以降噪为核心,从桌面金融钞票处理设备噪声污染的现状出发,依据噪声产生的机理和桌面金融钞票处理设备的结构特点,分析其主要的结构噪声源,并通过专业的噪声振动测试仪对设备工作时的噪声信号进行采集和分析,依据分析结果提出了针对桌面金融处理设备降噪的优化设计,该设计通过对传动辊、轴承、同步带、通道板、框体结构等零部件进行降噪的优化设计,改变噪声声源产生的条件和切断传噪声播路径来降低设备的噪声。设备经优化设计后,经过实验室专业检测,设备发出的噪声明显降低。With the development of the financial industry,the requirements for the processing speed of desktop financial equipment tend to be faster and faster,which also increases the vibration and noise of the high-speed operation of desktop financial equipment,causing noise pollution,and facing the practical requirements of noise reduction.In view of this,taking noise reduction as the core,starting from the current situation of noise pollution of desktop financial banknote processing equipment,according to the mechanism of noise generation and the structural characteristics of desktop financial banknote processing equipment,the main structural noise sources was analyzed,the noise signals during equipment operation were collected and analyzed through professional noise and vibration tester,and the optimal design for noise reduction of desktop financial processing equipment was put forward according to the analysis results.By optimizing the noise reduction design of transmission roller,bearing,synchronous belt,channel plate,frame structure and other parts,changing the conditions of noise source and cutting off the noise transmission path to reduce the noise of the equipment.After the optimized design of the equipment and professional testing in the laboratory,the noise emitted by the equipment was significantly reduced.
