摘  要:电能计量误差的大小,直接影响了电力系统中各电力部门各项经济指标的正确计算和用户电费计收的公正性,甚者,会有危及整个电力系统稳定运行的风险。通过对二次压降形成机理的分析,发现减小回路电流、降低回路阻抗是减小二次压降的主要措施,以削弱其对电能计量的影响。The size of the electric energy metering error,directly affects the power system in the power sector of economic indicators calculation and user electricity collecting impartiality,moreover,there is a risk of endangering the stable operation of the entire power system.Through the analysis of the formation mechanism of the secondary voltage drop,it is found that reducing the loop current and reducing the loop impedance are the main measures to reduce the secondary voltage drop,so as to weaken its influence on the electric energy metering.
