摘　　要：中国第一历史档案馆面向社会推出的档案编纂成果,为学术研究和文化建设提供了文献基石。针对馆方编纂成果被侵犯著作权问题,从梳理档案编纂行为的法律依据入手,主要分析三种明清档案编纂成果在著作权法上的权利内容,在阐明具体侵权表现及原因后,得出切合馆方实际的著作权保护策略,进一步实现档案资源的有效开放和利用。The archival compilation compositions of the First Historical Archives of China have laid a solid foundation of historical documents for academic study and cultural development.On the copyright infringement issue of the archival compilation,this article starts from sorting out the the legal basis of the Archives compiling activities,and mainly analyzes the right content of three types of the Ming-Qing archival compilations.After elucidating the details and causes of the infringement,we get a practical copyright protection strategy,and make the opening and utilization of archival resources further and more effectively.
