摘　　要：数据与档案不是一个概念,但归档数据即是档案。对于数据的管理,数据管理部门的重点是“管”,而档案管理部门的重点则是对归档数据的“存”和“用”。数字时代,数据管理部门与档案管理部门应当和谐共处,加大档案资源数据化建设力度,加强人工智能、数据挖掘推送等新兴信息技术在档案数据化建设中的探索应用,扎实做好档案数据安全保障工作,从而更加安全有效地发挥档案数据服务党和国家工作大局、服务人民群众的作用。Data and Archives are not the same concept,but archived data is Archives.For the data management,the data management department focuses on the'Management',while the Archives management department focuses on the'storage'and'use'of the archived data.Digital age,data management departments and Archives management departments should coexist harmoniously,strengthen the intensity of Archives resources data construction,strengthen artificial intelligence,data mining push emerging information technology in Archives data construction application,solid job of file data security,so as to more safely and effectively file data service the party and state work,serve the role of the people.
