摘　　要：通过对高校干部人事档案专项审核过程中发现的问题及原因分析,给人事档案管理工作指明了工作方向,从注重档案宣传强化档案意识、建立完善管理制度规范档案管理、加强人才队伍建设、推进档案数字化建设、健全监督机制等措施达到提高干部人事档案管理质量,为高校发展提供真实、准确的人才信息服务。Through the analysis of the problems and causes found in the special audit of the personnel archives of college cadres,the work direction for the management of personnel archives has been pointed out,from focusing on the publicity of archives to strengthen the awareness of archives,establishing and improving the management system to standardize archive management,strengthening the construction of talent teams,promoting the digital construction of archives,the improvement of the supervision mechanism and other measures can improve the management quality of cadre personnel archives,and provide true and accurate talent information services for the development of colleges and universities.
