摘  要:通过试验选择黏度良好的PVA溶液作为基质,向基质中添加多元醇类塑化剂,破坏PVA本身的氢键作用,达到增塑改性的效果,在此基础上选用改性纳米CaCO_(3)填充PVA薄膜,改善薄膜的力学性能并提高其热稳定性,通过改性前后PVA薄膜的平衡溶胀和机械拉伸测试、热失重分析(TGA&DSC)和红外光谱(FTIR)表征,分析了材料结构的变化及其性能提升的原因。结果表明:改性后的PVA薄膜断裂伸长率(约376%)为纯膜的5倍,是对比样品的1.8倍,可耐80℃高温,且平衡溶胀比仅为2.10。PVA solution with good viscosity was selected as the matrix,and different kinds of polyols were added to the matrix to destroy the hydrogen bond of the PVA and achieve the effect of plasticization and modification.On this basis,modified nano CaCO_(3) was further selected to fill PVA film,to improve the physical and mechanical properties of the film and its thermal stability.The changes in the material structure and the reasons for the performance improvement were analyzed by equilibrium swelling measurement,mechanical tensile test,thermogravimetric analysis(TGA&DSC)and infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).The results showed that the elongation at break(about 376%)of the modified PVA film was 5 times that of the pure PVA film,and was about twice that of the comparison sample.It could withstand the high temperature of 80℃,the equilibrium swelling ratio was only 2.10.
