摘　　要：目前常用的邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂可能致癌,国内外都在寻找能够替代的无毒增塑剂,乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯是一种新型的“绿色”环保增塑,具有溶解性强,耐油性、耐光性好,并有很好的抗霉性,被广泛用于食品包装材料、医疗器具、儿童玩具和个人卫生用品等领域,因此开发乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯的合成具有广阔的市场前景。采用浸渍法制备了SO_(4)^(2-)/ZrO_(2)固体超强酸催化剂,采用两步法合成乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯,首先以柠檬酸、正丁醇为原料,进行催化酯化反应合成柠檬酸三丁酯,经纯化后与乙酸酐进行催化酰化反应合成乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯,并确定了最佳的工艺条件。The phthalate as plasticizer may induce cancer.Its non-toxic substitutes are explored both in home and abroad.Acetyl tributyl citrate is considered as a new"green"plastic plasticizer and can be widely used in food packaging,medical appliances,children's toys and personal hygiene supplies and other fields because of its good soluble,oil resistance,lightfastness,and mildew resistance.In this thesis,SO_(4)^(2-)/ZrO_(2) solid superacid catalyst was prepared by impregnation.Acetyl tributyl citrate was synthesized by two-step.Tributyl citrate(TBC)was catalytic esterized with butanol,followed by acylation of purified TBC with acetic anhydride to produce acetyl tributyl citrate(ATBC).And the optimum conditions for synthesis of acetyl tributyl citrate were determined.
