摘  要:基于塑性失效的准则,利用ANSYS有限元分析方法对缺陷管道进行剩余强度评价。研究双点腐蚀缺陷的角度、深度、长度对管道失效压力的影响。结果表明:随着角度的增加,管道失效压力逐渐增加;随着深度的增加,管道失效应力逐渐降低;腐蚀缺陷长度增加,失效应力降低。Based on the criterion of plastic failure,the ANSYS finite element analysis method was used to evaluate the residual strength of the defective pipe.The effect of the angle,depth and length of the double-point corrosion defect on the failure pressure of the pipeline was studied.The results showed that the failure pressure of the pipeline gradually increased with the increase of the angle.As the depth increased,the failure stress of the pipeline gradually decreased.When the length of corrosion defects increased,the failure stress decreased.
