摘 要:目前,油田生产不断扩大,相应的技术水平也在不断提升,在油田生产中,很多传质传热设备都是不锈钢或者是碳钢材料制作而成的,在生产中因为水温和酸碱度的变化,可能会导致相关设备管道、内壁等出现结垢的情况,严重情况下可能会导致管道出现严重腐蚀。油田管道和设备的结垢和腐蚀问题会导致其换热效率降低,还可能造成设备管道以及换热器等穿孔,影响油气运输效率和质量,造成一定的损失,还可能带来一定的安全风险。对此,需要对于结垢问题进行处理。传统油田中的结垢处理方法主要是使用阻垢剂,但是很多阻垢剂应用不够环保,本文研究一种绿色环保的阻垢剂应用,符合现阶段能源产业的绿色、低碳生产要求。At present,with the continuous expansion of oilfield production,the corresponding technical level is also rising.In oilfield production,many mass transfer and heat transfer equipments are made of stainless steel or carbon steel materials.In production,because of the change of water temperature and acidity and alkalinity,it may lead to the scaling of the pipeline and the inner wall of the relevant equipments.In serious cases,it may lead to serious corrosion of the pipeline.The scaling and corrosion problems of oil field pipelines and equipments will reduce the heat transfer efficiency,and perforations of equipment pipelines and heat exchangers,affecting the efficiency and quality of oil and gas transportation,causing certain losses,and also bringing certain security risks.The traditional scale treatment method in oil field is mainly using scale inhibitor,but many scale inhibitors are not environmentally friendly.In this paper,the current application of green scale inhibitors was analyzed,and the development direction of scale inhibitors was put forward,which could meet the requirements of green and low carbon production in the energy industry at the present stage.
