省级图书馆参与乡村文化振兴的服务策略

摘　　要：国家文化发展大局与乡村振兴的战略部署,乡村文化建设“内卷化”,贫困文化从深层次制约乡村文化振兴,省级图书馆参与乡村文化振兴尚存在体制、能力、成本等多重障碍等是省级图书馆参与乡村文化振兴面临的宏观背景。参与乡村文化振兴具有实践依据,应坚持专业作为、有限参与、实效为先的服务原则;要把握参与乡村文化振兴的边界和程度,坚持做乡村文化治理的参与者,乡土文化收集、整理与传播的贡献者,乡村图书馆业务模式的创新者、推广者和优质乡村公共文化服务资源的采集者、供给者、传播者;通过协助加强乡土文化资源建设,探索多样化的乡村文化服务平台与空间,增强信息服务对乡村和农民的可及性与实效性等方式,助力提升乡土文化的凝聚力和乡村治理的文明程度,进而协助推进乡村文化振兴。The macro backgrounds of provincial libraries'participation in rural cultural revitalization are the overall situation of national cultural development and the strategic deployment of rural revitalization,the"involution"of rural cultural construction,the deep restriction of poor culture on rural cultural revitalization,the participation of provincial libraries in rural cultural revitalization,and multiple obstacles such as systems,capabilities,and costs,etc.Participating in the revitalization of rural culture has a practical basis,and should adhere to the service principles of professional action,limited participation,and effectiveness first.It is necessary to grasp the boundaries and extent of participation in rural cultural revitalization,insist on being a participant in rural cultural governance,a contributor to the collection,arrangement and dissemination of rural culture,an innovator and promoter of the business model of rural libraries,and a collector,supplier and disseminator of high-quality rural public cultural service resources.By assisting in strengthening the construction of local cultural resources,exploring diversified rural cultural service platforms and spaces,and enhancing the accessibility and effectiveness of information services to villages and farmers,it will help to enhance the cohesion of local culture and the level of civilization in rural governance,and further assist in promoting rural cultural revitalization.
