摘  要:在分析海底管道清管球接收器结构原理的基础上,结合现场设备拆除和检查情况分析了某海上油田注水海管通球作业过程中清管球在收球筒出液口堵塞的根本原因。现场工作人员根据查明的原因提出了优化收球筒出液口拦球格栅的设想,设计并实施了清管球收球筒工艺流程改造方案,解决了收球筒出液口卡球的问题,确保了通球作业期间海管的稳定运行,从根本上保证了海底管道输运流体的安全。该实践方案具有通用性特点,可供类似工程项目借鉴。Based on the analysis of the structure principle of pig receiver of submarine pipeline,combined with the equipment dismantling and inspection on site,the paper finds out the root cause of the blockage of pigging ball at the outlet of the pig receiver during the ball passing operation of the water injection sea pipe in a offshore oil field. The on-site workers put forward the idea of optimizing the ball catching grille at the outlet of the pig receiver according to the identified reasons,designed and implemented the transformation scheme of the process flow of the pig receiver,solved the problem of ball jamming at the outlet of the pig receiver,ensured the stable operation of the submarine pipeline during the ball passing operation, and fundamentally guaranteed the safety of the fluid transported by the submarine pipeline. The practice scheme has general characteristics,which can be used for reference to similar projects.
