摘　　要：审稿效率是影响稿件及时发表的重要因素,现已逐步成为出版行业研究的热点问题。随着军事科技期刊在军事理论普及、学术成果研究方面的地位越来越重要,军事论文刊登的内容也越来越广,针对军事科技期刊审稿效率偏低问题,从责任编辑、审稿专家和送审模式3个方面进行了分析,并针对影响审稿效率的问题提出4点建议,以期为提升军事科技期刊审稿效率研究提供一定参考。The manuscript review efficiency is an important factor affecting the timely publication of manuscripts,and has gradually become a hot issue in the publishing industry. With the increasing importance of military science and technology journals in the popularization of military theory and the research of academic achievements,the content of military papers is becoming more and more extensive. Aiming at the low efficiency of manuscript review of military science and technology journals,this paper analyzes the problems affecting the efficiency of manuscript review from three aspects:responsible editor,manuscript review expert and submission mode,and puts forward four suggestions, in order to provide a certain reference for improving the efficiency of manuscript review of military science and technology journals.
