循证护理干预对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术后并发症风险及心理应激的影响

摘　　要：目的本试验将针对循证护理干预对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术后并发症风险及心理应激的影响进行研讨分析。方法选取2019年3月至2021年12月我院收治的60例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者作为研究对象,根据建档时间不同分为两组,分别为对照组和观察组,每组各30例患者,对照组给予常规性护理干预,观察组患者实施循证护理干预,对比两组护理后临床相关数据指标变化情况。结果统计结果显示,观察组焦虑评分为(36.17±3.05)分、抑郁评分为(35.93±2.57)分,明显优于对照组的(46.89±4.23)分和(45.86±3.91)分。此外,在术后并发症发生率的对比上,观察组患者的术后并发症发生率(6.67%)显著低于对照组(26.67%),对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者实施循证护理干预,可以有效降低术后并发症的发生率,同时能够缓解患者的负面情况,临床护理效果显著,值得推广应用。Objective This experiment will discuss and analyze the influence of evidence-based nursing intervention on postoperative complications risk and psychological stress of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods A total of 60 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research object.They were divided into two groups according to different filing times,namely,the control group and the observation group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given evidence-based nursing intervention.The changes of clinical related data indexes after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The statistical results showed that the anxiety score and depression score of the observation group were(36.17±3.05)and(35.93±2.57),which were significantly better than those of the control group(46.89±4.23)and(45.86±3.91).In addition,the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(6.67%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(26.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing intervention for patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and alleviate the negative situation of patients.The clinical nursing effect is remarkable,which is worthy of popularization and application.
