消除脂血对临床生化检验常用指标干扰的方法比较

摘　　要：目的评估和比较高速离心法和LipoClear脂质清除剂对临床生化检验中消除脂血对常用指标干扰的效果。方法以所在医院2020年1月至2021年12月,采集到的100例健康体检人员的血液样本为例,等比添加乳糜干扰物后,按照随机原则分为观察组和对照组,并进行临床生化检验。其中,观察组采取高速离心法进行样本添加干扰物前后的常用指标生化检验;对照组采取LipoClear脂质清除剂进行样本添加干扰物前后的常用指标生化检验。应用数理统计对比两组样本干扰前后的18项生化指标,并计算相关系数和偏差后,以美国临床检验改进修正计划(CLIA)为标准,评估比较高速离心法和LipoClear脂质清除剂的临床接受。结果数理统计结果显示,在进行乳糜干扰物干扰前,两组生化指标检验结果相近,不存在偏差;进行乳糜干扰物干扰后,对照组的生化指标检验结果中,无机磷、总蛋白、三酰甘油的相对偏差较高,其余生化指标检验结果相对偏差较低;观察组的生化指标检验不存在相对偏差。结论相对于高速离心法,LipoClear脂质清除剂对临床生化检验中消除脂血对常用指标干扰的效果更好,临床接受更高,且操作更为简单。Objective To evaluate and compare the effects of high-speed centrifugation and lipoclear lipid scavenger on eliminating the interference of lipid blood on common indexes in clinical biochemical tests.Methods Taking the blood samples of 100 healthy physical examination personnel collected in the hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 as an example,after adding chyle disruptors in equal proportion,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,and clinical biochemical tests were carried out.Among them,the observation group used high-speed centrifugation to carry out biochemical tests of common indicators before and after the addition of interfering substances;In the control group,lipoclear lipid scavenger was used for biochemical test of common indexes before and after adding disruptors.Using mathematical statistics to compare the 18 biochemical indexes of the two groups of samples before and after interference,and calculate the correlation coefficient and deviation,the clinical acceptance of high-speed centrifugation and lipoclear lipid scavenger was evaluated and compared according to the American clinical laboratory improvement and correction program(CLIA).Results The results of mathematical statistics showed that before chyle interference,the test results of biochemical indexes of the two groups were similar and there was no deviation;After chyle disruptor interference,the relative deviation of inorganic phosphorus,total protein and triacylglycerol in the biochemical index test results of the control group was higher,and the relative deviation of other biochemical index test results was lower;There was no relative deviation in the biochemical index test of the observation group.Conclusion Compared with high-speed centrifugation,lipoclear lipid scavenger has better effect on eliminating the interference of lipid blood on common indexes in clinical biochemical test,higher clinical acceptance and simpler operation.
