后疫情时代中国旅游景区危机事件管理的审视与思考

摘　　要：2019年末突然爆发的新冠肺炎疫情属于危机事件中的公共卫生事件,对危机事件管理的好坏决定了旅游景区能否可持续发展。以中国旅游景区危机事件管理现状为研究对象,通过对中外典型时事案例进行分析与对比,发现我国旅游景区在危机预防与准备工作、危机公关响应机制以及危机恢复与利用经验三方面存在不足。结合后疫情时代背景,综合国外旅游危机事件管理中可供我国旅游景区参考的理论与经验,提出对策与建议:组织成立专门的旅游景区危机事件管理部门、健全危机事件新闻发布与回应机制、加强人才引进和危机管理专业知识培训、协助健全旅游景区危机事件管理法律体系。The sudden outbreak of COVID-19 at the end of 2019 is a public health event among crisis events,and the management of crisis events determines the sustainable development of tourist attractions.Taking the current situation of crisis event management in tourist attractions in China as the research object,through the analysis and comparison of typical current affairs cases at home and abroad,the paper found that there are shortcomings in crisis prevention and preparation,crisis public relations response mechanism and post-recovery and utilization experience of tourist attractions in China.Combined with the background of the post-epidemic era and the reference theories and experiences of foreign tourism crisis event management for Chinese tourist attractions,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward:Organize and set up special crisis management departments in tourist attractions,improve the crisis news release and response mechanism,strengthen talent introduction and crisis management professional knowledge training,and assist in improving the legal system of crisis management in tourist attractions.
