摘  要:以异辛烷为提取剂,采用超声波法提取天然玛卡中不饱和脂肪酸,利用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)对玛卡油中不饱和脂肪酸的含量进行测定,在超声波功率40kHz、提取时间40min、提取温度20℃的条件下,脂肪酸的提取率最大,为6697.08mg/kg,其中含28.07%不饱和酸。Using isooctane as the extraction agent,the unsaturated fatty acids from natural Maca were extracted by ultrasonic method.The content of unsaturated fatty acids in Maca oil was determined by GC-MS method.Under the control of ultrasonic power of 40kHz,extraction time of 40min and extraction temperature of 20℃,the extraction rate of unsaturated fatty acids was the highest,which was 6697.08mg/kg,containing 28.07%unsaturated acid.
