摘　　要：高压聚乙烯装置是目前比较热门的一种聚烯烃装置,整个装置的核心设备主要是两台往复式压缩机,由于该装置的反应压力高的工艺特点,其两台压缩机和相连管道的布置也与常规不同。本文将阐述这些特点以及由于这些特点而引起的设计思路的不同并探讨一些解决方案。High pressure polyethylene plant is a popular polyolefin plant at present.The core equipment of the whole plant is mainly two recip-rocating compressors.Due to the process characteristics of high reaction pressure of the plant,the layout of the two compressors and connected pipe-lines is also different from the conventional ones.This paper will explain these characteristics and the different design ideas caused by these charac-teristics,and explore some solutions.
