摘　　要：采用形态学和分子系统学相结合的研究方法,对采自广东的中国新记录种--比杜普粉褶蕈(Entoloma bidupense O.V.Morozova&E.S.Popov)的形态特征和生境进行了描述,并采用最大似然法构建ITS系统发育树。该种的主要特征是,子实体近杯伞状至口蘑状,深蓝色至渐变棕蓝色;菌盖半球形至稍平展,表面密布微小鳞片,深蓝色至灰棕色;菌褶直生,褶缘不育,具蓝色色素或无;菌柄圆柱形至近圆柱形,与菌盖同色或稍浅色,基部被白色绒毛;担孢子异径,侧面5角或6角。研究标本保藏在广东省科学院微生物研究所真菌标本馆(GDGM)。Entoloma bidupense O.V.Morozova&E.S.Popov.,a newly recorded species in China,was firstly discovered in Guangdong.The morphological descriptions,and habitat of this species were detailed,and ITS phylogenetic tree was constructed by Maximum likelihood method.The main characteristics of this species are as follows,the basidiomata subcollybioid to tricholomatoid,dark blue,changing to brownish blue with age;the pileus hemispherical to slightly depressed,minutely squamulose,and with dark blue to grayish brown on its surface;the lamellae adnate with sterile edge with blue pigment or not pigmented;the stipe cylindrical to subcylindrical,similar to pileus in color,base with white tomentum;the spores heterodiametrical,with 5-6 angles in side view.The examined specimens were deposited in The Fungal Herbarium of Guangdong Institute of Microbiology,Guangdong Academy of Sciences(GDGM).
