摘  要:为了研究油相材料分子结构对乳化炸药耐低温性能的影响,利用核磁共振仪对几种油相材料进行核磁氢谱分析,并制成乳化炸药。结合甲醛法、电导率实验对冷冻后的乳化炸药进行析晶率测定。实验结果表明:含有较多苯环结构的油相材料制备成的乳化炸药经过冷冻后其析晶率较低,低温下储存时间更长。苯环中的碳原子以SP^(2)形式杂化,其中的大π键形成共轭体系,电子云平均化,使体系能量降低,整体结构更加稳定。采用含苯环结构的油相材料制备乳化炸药可以有效提升其耐低温性能。In order to study the influence of the molecular structure of oil-phase materials on the low temperature resistance of emulsion explosives(EEs),several oil-phase materials were analyzed by nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),and EEs were made.The crystallization of frozen EEs was determined by formaldehyde method and conductivity test.The experimental results show that the EEs made of the oil-phase material containing more benzene ring structure has lower crystallization rate after freezing and longer storage time at low temperature.The carbon atoms in the benzene ring are hybridized in the form of SP^(2),in which the π bond forms a conjugated system,and the electron cloud is averaged,which reduces the energy of the system and makes the structure more stable.The oil-phase materials containing the benzene ring structure can be used to improve the low temperature resistance of EEs.
