摘　　要：针对党和国家发展战略及爆破行业发展要求,提出了智能台阶爆破定义,分析了智能台阶爆破层次间关系、建设原则和分期建设的智能台阶爆破系统,即:台阶爆破爆区三维建模、智能爆破设计、智能仿真、智能钻机、智能装药、智能填塞、爆破网路无线连接、遥控起爆、智能爆破安全管理、智能爆破辅助警戒系统、智能爆破效果评价,规划了各个系统的重点建设内容及项目构成、实现途径和分期目标。组建全国智能爆破技术研究组织、确立智能台阶爆破框架、建立智能台阶爆破技术标准体系和验收标准体系、建设智能化示范台阶爆破场景等是突破技术瓶颈的主要方法,为智能台阶爆破发展提供了建议,对促进爆破行业的本质安全、高质量和可持续发展具有借鉴意义。The importance of the development of intelligent bench blasting is explained in terms of the development requirements of the blasting industry and the requirements of national strategies.The definition of intelligent bench blasting is put forward,and the relationship among levels of intelligent bench blasting,construction principles and intelligent bench blasting system modules constructed by stages,that is,the 3D modeling of blast zone,the intelligent blasting design,the intelligent simulation,the intelligent drilling,the intelligent charging,the intelligent stemming,the blasting network wireless connection,the remote control blasting,the intelligent blasting safety management,the intelligent blasting auxiliary alert system,and the intelligent blasting effect evaluation,are analyzed.The key construction content,project composition,realization approach and stage target of each system are planned.The setting up of national intelligent blasting technology institutes,intelligent blasting framework,intelligent blasting technology standard and acceptance standard systems,intelligent blasting demonstration scenes,etc.are the main methods to solve the technical bottlenecks.The paper suggests a plan for the future development of intelligent bench blasting,which could provide a reference for promoting safe,high-quality and sustainable development in the blasting industry.
