摘  要:针对深圳安托山大规模深孔台阶爆破存在的大块率、爆破振动较高、噪声和飞石等问题进行了分析,在雷管段别有限的情况下,采用分区接力起爆网路和多排毫秒延时起爆网路,结合爆破振动监测,进行了多次爆破试验,从孔外多段接力的角度出发,优化了孔间、排间雷管延时时间,并合理选择分区接力起爆网路中首爆区及接力区的雷管段别,保证了起爆网路的安全可靠,达到了控制爆破有害效应的目的,可为类似大规模爆破提供借鉴。The problems of large block rate,high blasting vibration,noise and flying stones in the large-scale deep hole bench blasting in Shenzhen Antuoshan are analyzed.In the case of limited detonator segments,the partitioned relay initiating circuit and multi-row millisecond delay initiating circuit are used for blasting tests combined with blasting vibration monitoring.From the perspective of multi-stage relay outside the holes,the delay interval time of detonators between holes and rows is optimized,and the detonator sections in the first detonation area and the relay area in the zonal relay initiating circuit are reasonably selected,ensuring the safety and reliability of the initiating circuit,and achieving the purpose of controlling the harmful effects of blasting,which can provide a reference for similar large-scale blasting.
