摘 要:为成功拆除复杂环境下180 m高钢筋凝土烟囱,根据烟囱周边环境及其工程结构,对工程重点、难点进行仔细分析,结合数值模拟结果最终确定定向倒塌爆破方案。通过分析烟囱筒体结构及其具体尺寸设计爆破切口参数,同时采用孔内延时、孔外接力的复式闭合双回路起爆技术,并且通过铺设缓冲层减缓筒体直接冲击地面的速度,减小倒塌烟囱触地振动效应。结果表明:总体爆破方案的爆破具体参数选取合理,拆除爆破达到预期效果,爆破振动未对周边保护目标造成影响;运用数值模拟计算得出烟囱顶端节点位移及速度规律,烟囱按设计方向顺利完成倒塌,与模拟倒塌结果基本一致。本次采用数值模拟对拆除爆破方案进行指导设计,可为类似工程提供参考。In order to demolish the 180 m high reinforced concrete chimney in a complex environment successfully,the key and difficult points of the surrounding environment and the chimney structure are carefully analyzed,and the directional collapse blasting scheme is finally determined in combination with the numerical simulation results.By analyzing the structure and specific size of the chimney barrel,the blasting cutting parameters are designed.At the same time,the compound closed double circuit initiation technology of delay in the hole and relay outside the hole is adopted,and the buffer layer is laid to slow down the barrel’s directly impacting on the ground and reduce the ground vibration caused by the collapsed chimney.The results show that the overall blasting scheme and the selected blasting parameters are reasonable,the demolition blasting achieves the expected effect,and the blasting vibration does not affect the surrounding protection targets.The displacement and velocity law of the top node of the chimney are calculated by numerical simulation.The chimney collapses smoothly according to the design direction,which is basically consistent with the simulated collapse results.The numerical simulation is used to guide the design of the demolition blasting scheme,which can provide reference for similar projects.
