摘 要:为提高炸药示踪元素特征X射线的激发效果,采用了几种滤光片放置于X光管原级X射线出射端口,比对测试了对炸药示踪元素特征X射线激发效果的影响。结果表明:采用Cu片、Mo片作为滤光片,都有利于炸药示踪元素特征X射线的激发;在单独使用时,Mo片对炸药示踪元素特征X射线的激发效果优于Cu片;在Cu片和Mo片组合使用时,0.5 mm厚的Cu片与0.1 mm厚的Mo片(原级X射线先穿过Cu片再穿过Mo片)组合激发效果最好。In order to improve the excitation effect of characteristic X-ray on explosive tracer elements,several filters were placed in the primary X-ray outlet port of the X-ray tube,and the excitation effects were tested and compared.The results show that Cu and Mo filters are conducive to the excitation of characteristic X-rays on explosive tracer elements,that the excitation effect of Mo filters on characteristic X-rays of explosive tracer element is better than that of Cu filters when used alone,and that the combined excitation effect of a Cu filter with 0.2 mm thickness and a Mo filter with 0.1 mm thickness(primary X-rays passing through the Cu filter first and then through the Mo filter)is the best.
