摘　　要：近年来卵巢储备功能低下(DOR)的发病率逐年升高,是导致女性月经失调、不孕的主要原因之一。肾精不足、阴阳失调是本病发病的核心病机,本文基于《内经》中“阳化气,阴成形”的理论,探讨女性卵巢储备功能低下的发病机理及辨证治疗,以期达到促进卵泡发育、恢复排卵、建立正常月经周期的目的。“阳化气、阴成形”的思想贯穿于整个诊治过程,治疗时采用补肾填精之法,调节肾中阴阳,灵活辨证用药,从而达到治疗目的。The incidence rate of diminished ovarian reserve(DOR)has gradually increased in recent years,which is one of the main causes of menstrual disorder and infertility.Deficiency of Kidney-essence and imbalance of Yin and Yang are the core pathogenesis of DOR.Based on the theory of‘Yang transforming into Qi,Yin constituting form’in Yellow Emperor′s Inner Canon,this study discussed the pathogenesis and the treatment according to syndrome differentiation for DOR,aiming to promote follicular development,restore ovulation and establish normal menstrual cycle.‘Yang transforming into Qi,Yin constituting form’runs throughout the diagnosis and treatment process,tonifying Kidney-essence and regulating Yin and Yang of Kidney were applied combined with flexible medication based on syndrome differentiation,thus to achieve the curative effect.
