摘　　要：肿瘤相关性抑郁是恶性肿瘤患者的常见并发症之一,严重影响患者的生活质量,其主要症状为心情抑郁或急躁易怒、胸胁胀满、口苦、纳差、失眠多梦等,属于少阳枢机不利而致的“郁证”。本文从经络和脏腑两个方面简述“少阳为枢”理论,分析肿瘤本身气滞、痰凝、血瘀、毒聚与抑郁的关系,发现治疗时要结合肿瘤虚实错杂的特点,以“少阳枢机不利”作为核心病机,和解少阳,调畅气机,效果显著,并附典型病案1则。Tumor-related depression is one of the common complications in patients with malignant tumor,which seriously affects life quality of the patients.Its main symptoms are depression or irritability,chest fullness,bitter mouth,poor appetite,insomnia and dreaminess,which belong to the‘depression syndrome’caused by unfavourable Shaoyang pivot.This study briefly described‘Shaoyang pivot’theory in terms of meridian and Zang-Fu organs.It analyzed the relationship between Qi stagnation,phlegm coagulation,blood stasis,toxin accumulation and depression occurrence,and found that the treatment should be combined with the characteristics of deficiency and excess of tumor,‘unfavorable Shaoyang pivot’should be taken as the core pathogenesis,therefore the treatment principle of mediating Shaoyang and regulating Qi movement has achieved significant therapeutic effect.A typical medical case is attached for sharing.
