中医药治疗慢性心力衰竭机制的研究进展

摘　　要：慢性心力衰竭(chronic heart failure,CHF)是由结构或功能性心脏疾病导致心室充盈或射血功能受损进而引起的一组综合征。中医药治疗CHF具有多组分、多途径、多靶点的特征,因此笔者通过对近年来常用中药单体、中药复方和中成药治疗CHF的作用通路、靶点等方面加以总结,发现多种中药单体、中药复方和中成药可通过抗纤维化、抗炎、抗氧化、促血管生成、抗凋亡、调节线粒体和能量代谢、抑制肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(RAAS)等途径发挥治疗作用。Chronic heart failure(CHF)is a group of syndromes due to the impaired ventricular filling and/or ejection function as a result of structural or functional cardiac diseases.TCM therapies have characteristics of multiple components,multiple ways and multiple targets in the treatment of CHF.This study summarized the action pathways and targets of single Chinese medicinal,Chinese compound formula and Chinese patent medicine in the treatment of CHF,which can play therapeutic roles through anti-fibrosis,anti-inflammation,anti-oxidation,promoting angiogenesis,anti-apoptosis,regulating mitochondria and energy metabolism,as well as inhibiting RAAS system.
