摘 要:目的:观察蓝光照射联合抚触治疗新生儿黄疸的效果。方法:选取90例黄疸患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各45例。对照组予以蓝光照射治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合抚触治疗,比较两组临床症状康复时间,治疗前后总胆红素、总胆汁酸、转铁蛋白水平,生长发育指标水平及不良事件发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组胎便转黄、黄疸消退及初次排便时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总胆红素、总胆汁酸水平均低于对照组,转铁蛋白水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组体质量增长量、奶摄入量、大便次数、睡眠时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良事件发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:蓝光照射联合抚触治疗新生儿黄疸,可缩短临床症状康复时间,降低其总胆红素水平和总胆汁酸水平,提高转铁蛋白水平,促进其生长发育,其效果优于单纯蓝光照射治疗。Objective: To observe effects of blue light irradiation combined with touching in treatment of neonatal jaundice. Methods: 90 children with jaundice were selected as the research objects and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with blue light irradiation, while the observation group was treated with touching on the basis of that of the control group. The recovery time of clinical symptoms, the levels of total bilirubin, total bile acid and transferrin, the levels of growth and development indicators and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results: After the treatment, the meconiun turning yellow time, jaundice disappearance time and the first defecation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The levels of total bilirubin and total bile acid in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the level of transferrin was higher than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The weight gain, the milk intake, the stool frequency and the sleep time of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). However, there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusions: Blue light irradiation combined with touching in the treatment of neonatal jaundice can shorten the recovery time of clinical symptoms, reduce the levels of total bilirubin and total bile acid, increase the level of transferrin and promote growth and development. Moreover, it is superior to single blue light irradiation.
