摘  要:为实现汽车冲模打磨设备的智能制造及其产业化,根据汽车冲模的打磨工艺特点,选用SQL Server数据库为后台数据库,以C#语言为基础的Visual Studio为开发工具,WPF为前台开发工具,研究开发汽车冲模智能打磨工艺系统。该工艺系统在指导工艺人员进行生产设备操作方面具有良好的可行性,功能上满足用户的需求。Aiming at the development of polishing equipment for automobile stamping die,in order to realize the intelligent manufacturing and industrialization,according to the polishing characteristic of automobile stamping die,SQL Server database was selected as the background database,taking Visual Studio based on C#language as the development tool,WPF as the development tool,the intelligent polishing process system of automobile die was researched and developed.The process system had good feasibility in guiding the process personnel to operate the production equipment and met the needs of users in function.
