摘　　要：对动触头元件的级进模设计及方形触点的成形进行研究,自动送方线料进入级进模内组装并成形触点,并介绍了模内方线料的切断和在薄片触桥上预组装的机构,在模具内将薄片触桥上预铆接方形触点进行多次压形,完成触点的成形,方形触点的形状和尺寸符合要求,铆接力稳定,为微型开关动触头元件上方形触点的铆接提供参考。The progressive die design for moving contact element and forming of square contact were studied.The square wire was automatically fed into the progressive die for assembly and forming the contact,and the cutting of square wires in die and the preassembled mechanism on the sheet contact bridge were also introduced.The pre-riveted square contact on the sheet contact bridge was pressed several times in the die to complete the forming of the contact.The shape and size of square contact met the requirements,and the riveting force was stable.It provided reference for riveting square contact on the moving contact element of micro switch.
