摘　　要：介绍了成型深腔塑件的模具设计,模具3次分型打开,使用2个点浇口和1个潜伏式浇口进料,复合式浇注系统能保证型腔按一定的顺序充填熔体;采用分区脱模的方法,设计了3个定模弹性滑块机构以降低成型塑件脱模的难度。实践证明,模具结构设计合理,可为类似塑件的成型提供参考。The mould design of deep cavity plastic parts was introduced.The mould had three parting level,adopted 2 point gates and 1 subsurface gate,and its composite gating system could guarantee melt filling in a certain order.The mould used the method of partition demoulding,and three elastic slider mechanisms were designed to reduce the difficulty of plastic parts demoulding.The practice proved that the mould structure was designed reasonable,which could provide reference for forming similar plastic parts.
