摘　　要：介绍了京津冀模具现代职教集团的建设背景,通过京津冀模具现代职教集团模具专业群人才培养的实践探索,发挥职教集团优势特征,汲取行业龙头企业精华,整合优质资源,发挥校企合作、校校合作的集聚效应和规模效应,为我国高等职业院校在区域化、特色化专业人才培养方面提供参考案例。The construction background of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei die&mould modern vocational education group was discussed,through the practice and exploration of die&mould speciality talent training,giving full play to the advantages of vocational education group characteristics,absorbing the essence of industry leading enterprises,integrating high quality resources,giving play to the agglomeration effect and scale effect of school-enterprise cooperation and school-school cooperation,to provide reference cases for regional and specialized personnel training of higher vocational colleges in China.
