摘 要:为解决果树栽植机定株距的难题,消除土壤滑移率带来的栽植株距偏差,对光电定株距技术进行研究。研制了2PZ-4000A型果树栽植机,对果树垄上定株距栽植,并进行了田间试验,通过对栽植参数的检测验证机具的技术性能。田间试验表明,果苗株距在1 200~2 000 mm范围内均能保证株距的一致性,以株距1 700 mm为例计算相关指标,株距变异系数为5.9%,栽植合格率为92.5%,满足设计要求。In order to solve the problem of setting plant distance of fruit tree planter and eliminate the deviation of planting distance caused by soil slip rate, the technology of photoelectric distance determination is studied. 2PZ-4000A fruit tree planting machine is developed to plant fruit trees at fixed plant spacing on the ridge, and field experiments are conducted to verify the technical performance of the machine by the test of planting parameters. Field experiments show that the distance between seedlings can be consistent within 1 200~2 000 mm. Taking plant distance 1 700 mm as an example, the coefficient of variation of plant spacing is 5.9%, and the qualified rate of planting is 92.5%, which meets the design requirements.
