摘  要:以某汽油机连杆为研究对象,利用三维建模软件完成连杆数模搭建,通过Hyper Mesh完成有限元前处理,基于曲柄连杆机构运动及动力学对连杆在装配、最大燃气爆发压力和最大惯性力等工况下进行有限元分析。结果表明强度满足使用要求,其变形在轴瓦容差范围内,为后续连杆的设计及优化提供参考。This paper takes the connecting rod of a gasoline engine as the research object. 3D modeling software is used to build the connecting rod model. The connecting rod finite element model is completed with HyperMesh. Combining the knowledge of crankconnecting rod mechanism motion and dynamics, this paper conducts the finite element analysis of the connecting rod, under the condition of assembly, maximum gas pressure and maximum inertial force. After analysis, the strength of the connecting rod meets the requirements of working condition, and the deformation of the end face of the connecting rod is within the tolerance of the bearing bush,which provides a certain theoretical basis for the subsequent design and optimization of the connecting rod.
