摘  要:为改进以水为传热介质的太阳能集热器所出现冻裂、泄露和结垢等问题,研发了蓄能型空气式太阳能集热器,对其性能进行了测试分析。结果表明:采用横向双排式结构,可提高集热器的热性能。晴天工况下,有蓄能芯的集热器相比无蓄能芯的集热器,平均集热效率提高了35.4%,总供热量增加了20.82 MJ,供热时间延长了3 h左右。有相变蓄能芯的太阳能集热器,在太阳辐射强度出现较大波动时,集热器内部的温度平稳升降,集热器的稳定性显著提高。该实验研究可为蓄能型太阳能集热器的推广应用提供参考。In order to improve the freezing cracks, leakage and scaling of solar collectors using water as the heat transfer medium, an energy storage air-type solar collector was developed and its performance was tested and analyzed. The results show that the use of a horizontal double-row structure can improve the thermal performance of the collector. Under sunny conditions, compared to a collector without an energy storage core, the average collector efficiency has been improved by 35.4%, the total heat supply has been increased by 20.82 MJ, and the heating time has been extended by about 3 h. When the solar radiation intensity fluctuates greatly, the temperature inside the solar collector with phase-change energy storage core rises and falls steadily. The stability of collector is significantly improved. This experimental study can provide a reference for the promotion and application of energy storage solar collectors.
