摘  要:采用正交试验和控制变量法对316L材料进行了轴向超声振动车削试验研究,探究了超声振动车削316L的切削三要素和振幅对切削温度与切削力的影响规律。结果表明:随着切削参数的增大,切削温度逐渐增大;当振幅增大时,切削温度逐渐降低。切削力随着切削速度的增大先减小后增大,随背吃刀量、进给量的增大呈增大趋势,随振幅的增大,切削力逐渐降低,且减小幅度逐渐减小。The axial ultrasonic vibration turning test of 316L material was studied by orthogonal test and control variable method. The influence of three factors and amplitude on cutting temperature and cutting force of 316L was studied. The results show that the cutting temperature increases with the increase of cutting parameters, and decreases with the increase of amplitude. The cutting force first decreases and then increases with the increase of cutting speed, and increases with the increase of back feed and feed rate;with the increase of amplitude, the cutting force gradually decreases, and the reduction amplitude gradually decreases.
