摘 要:并联管系统广泛应用于能源、化工、暖通工程设备中,各支管流量的均匀性是影响系统运行性能的重要因素。设计可供研究各种布置形式并联管流动特性实验装置,应用实验装置对几种典型布置的并联管系统流动特性开展研究,获得六种并联管系统进、出口集箱静压分布及并联支管流量分配情况。实验结果表明,进口集箱流动受支管分流动量交换控制为主,静压沿流动方向递增;出口集箱,因沿程阻力和汇流均使静压降低,静压沿流动方向递减;六种典型并联管布置各支管流量分配主要受出口集箱静压影响,其流量分配趋势与出口集箱静压分布规律相反;在六种典型布置方式中,Z型布置并联支管的流量分配最不均匀,不均匀程度为0.16,H型布置的流量分配最均匀,不均匀程度为0.04;Z型布置各并联支管流量不均匀程度随着循环流量增加而加剧。Parallel pipes system is widely used in energy,chemical,HVAC engineering equipment.The uniformity of flow in each branch pipe is an important factor affecting the performance of the system.An experimental device was designed to study the flow characteristics of parallel pipes with various arrangement forms.The static pressure distributions in the inlet and outlet headers and the flow distribution of the parallel pipes for six typical arrangement forms were investigated.The experiment results indicated as follows:the flow in the inlet header is mainly controlled by the momentum exchange in branch pipes,and the static pressure increases along the flow direction;the static pressure of the outlet header decreases along the flow direction because of the resistance along the path and confluence;the flow distribution of each branch of six typical parallel pipe arrangements is mainly affected by the static pressure of outlet headers,and the flow distribution trend is opposite to the static pressure distribution law of outlet header;among the six typical arrangement models,the flow distribution in Z-type parallel branch pipe is the most uneven,with the degree of unevenness being 0.16;however,the flow distribution in H-type parallel branch pipe is the most uniform,with the degree of unevenness being 0.04.The flow unevenness of the parallel branch pipes in Z-type arrangement increases with the increase of circulation flow.
